ANTI-BRIBERY & COMPLIANCE POLICY
Golden Rule Ltd / Wyspa TV / Stars Night Awards
(applicable within England and Wales)
- 1. PURPOSE OF THE POLICY
This Anti-Bribery & Compliance Policy (“Policy”) sets out the standards and procedures intended to prevent corruption, bribery, abuse and improper influence in connection with the activities of Golden Rule Ltd, in particular in relation to the organisation of Stars Night Awards 2026.
This Policy has been developed in accordance with:

Applicable laws of England and Wales
Principles of good corporate governance
Golden Rule Ltd adopts a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.
- 2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This Policy applies to:
Directors of Golden Rule Ltd,
Employees, contractors and subcontractors,
Members of the Jury Panel,
Sponsors and partners,
Representatives and agents,
Volunteers are involved in implementing the Event.
Every individual acting on behalf of Golden Rule Ltd is required to comply with this Policy.
- 3. PROHIBITION OF BRIBERY
In accordance with the Bribery Act 2010, it is prohibited to:
Offer, promise or give any financial or personal advantage in order to influence a decision;
Request, accept or agree to accept any advantage in exchange for improper performance of a function;
Attempt to influence decisions of jurors, sponsors or organisers;
Offer any benefit in order to gain an advantage in the awarding process.
Bribery includes both direct and indirect conduct.
- 4. IMPROPER INFLUENCE ON THE AWARDS PROCESS
In relation to the Stars Night Awards:
Any attempt to influence jury scoring is strictly prohibited.
Offering financial, media or reputational benefits in exchange for preferential treatment constitutes a breach of this Policy.
Sponsorship agreements do not grant any right to interfere with Jury decisions or influence the selection of laureates.
In the event of a breach, immediate disqualification and referral to the relevant authorities may occur.
- 5. GIFTS AND HOSPITALITY
Only reasonable and proportionate hospitality is permitted, provided that it:
Is not connected to a decision-making process.
Cannot reasonably be perceived as an attempt to exert influence;
Complies with principles of transparency.
Excessive, conditional or decision-dependent gifts are strictly prohibited.
- 6. CONFLICT OF INTEREST
Every person acting on behalf of Golden Rule Ltd must:
Disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest;
Recuse themselves from decisions where a conflict exists;
Avoid situations that may give rise to an appearance of bias.
Failure to disclose a conflict of interest may result in termination of cooperation.
- 7. REPORTING OF BREACHES
Any person who becomes aware of a potential breach of this Policy must promptly report the matter to:
Reports will be treated confidentially.
Golden Rule Ltd prohibits retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.
- 8. INVESTIGATION AND SANCTIONS
Golden Rule Ltd reserves the right to:
Conduct internal investigations;
Suspend cooperation pending investigation.
Terminate contracts;
Remove a juror, partner or participant;
Report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
A breach of this Policy may constitute a criminal offence under the Bribery Act 2010.
- 9. RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTNERS AND SPONSORS
Sponsors and partners are required to:
Act in accordance with applicable anti-corruption laws;
Refrain from attempting to influence competition decisions.
Acknowledge that sponsorship does not confer influence over Jury verdicts.
Golden Rule Ltd reserves the right to terminate cooperation in case of non-compliance.
- 10. RECORD-KEEPING AND TRANSPARENCY
Golden Rule Ltd maintains documentation relating to:
Sponsorship agreements;
Jury appointment processes;
Material competition decisions;
Financial settlements related to the Event.
Proper record-keeping forms part of compliance obligations under the Companies Act 2006.
- 11. POLICY REVIEW
This Policy may be periodically updated to ensure compliance with applicable law.

This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
