In one of the most poignant speeches of the Stop Hate! Motivate! From the beginning, Artur emphasised that his stress didn’t come from standing in front of people, as he has worked with audiences for decades, but from the fact that once again he must, or instead wants to, talk about the most painful moments of his life.

His story paints a moving picture of a child struggling with bullying from peers and… his own family. Insults about his appearance, mockery of his sexual orientation, physical and emotional abuse – all of it left deep scars that he still confronts today.

As he admitted, the most painful moment was hearing... (too deep and painful to quote).

Dance saved him—not only as a form of expression but also as a tool of self-therapy. For 32 years, he danced, created choreographies, and led workshops, spreading positive energy that he himself drew from contact with people. Dance, he says, saved his life—and his mind.

Today, as a content creator and expert in authentic personal branding on social media, he strives to show young people that honesty, truth, and passion are stronger than hate.

He stressed that the key to building one’s presence online is authenticity, not copying others, but discovering one’s voice.

Artur’s speech also included reflections on online hate, which, as he observes, now has a powerful weapon at its disposal.

In his view, the most important thing we can do is educate ourselves and others and talk about it with our children, family, and friends. Hate is not just a comment but a lasting mark that can strip someone of self-belief, meaning, and dignity.

To a question from the audience: “Where did you find the strength to survive?” he answered without hesitation: through dance and the people who gave him positive energy.

These relationships – genuine, honest, based on mutual understanding – are his most excellent support and driving force.

Artur Biernat’s speech is not just a voice in the Stop Hate! Motivate! Campaign.

It is a call from someone who experienced rejection, but didn’t let it rob him of his dignity.

It is a story that moves and inspires, a reminder that even from the darkest moments, light can emerge—if only we find the strength to speak about it.
