As the founder of the project (not)Antenatal School and the popular Instagram profile @polska.polozna.uk, Iwona educates, soothes fears, and empowers women. Her message is clear: every woman has the right to give birth without fear, in an atmosphere of respect and inner strength. This is why she has earned the trust of hundreds of families who, thanks to her dedication, have gained practical knowledge, a sense of security, and the strength to experience parenthood consciously and joyfully.

Iwona leads workshops, publishes educational content, and openly speaks about the emotions accompanying expectant parents.
