22.06.2025, Sunday, Oldham, Polish Club. Outside, it was a typical afternoon. Inside, the emotional temperature is rising. At this very moment, the Wyspa TV team enters the room with editor Maria Anna Furman. Cameras are set, microphones are ready, but the real energy is yet to resonate through people’s stories. The premiere meeting of the series "Fall in Love with Your Business", organized by Grażyna Trybula, owner of Studio Grushka, begins. From the very first minute, it becomes clear: this is not another dry marketing workshop.
The organizer can’t hide her emotion as Maria begins the first of several interviews.
“The very fact that you are here gave the whole undertaking its significance,” says Grażyna Trybula.
Wyspa TV, a medium that builds bridges across the Polish diaspora, raises the stakes: a live report, video material for the channel, and, most importantly, documentation of a mindset shift that participants will experience before they even leave the room.
Imagine a room full of people, many of whom are only just preparing to take their first step into the world of business. These are not corporate veterans with briefcases full of strategies and investors. These are people with ideas, with dreams, with courage still not fully defined. Many of them ask themselves the same question:
"Where do I even start?"
This event was specifically designed for individuals like these. Not to sell another "success formula" but to defuse the perfectionism bomb that so often stops us before we begin.
Instead of pressure to own expensive equipment, a studio, logos, and a polished image, the participants heard something much more important:
“Do you have something to say? Say it even if it’s just with your phone. The rest will come later.”
This was the kind of gathering that didn’t end when the clock struck 6:00 PM. Contrary to the plan, the room was still buzzing with conversations by 7:00. Instead of hearing “Thank you for attending”, one could listen to:
“What do you think about this?” “Shall we meet after the event?”
The networking transitioned into something far more organic, a brainstorming session over Madagascan cacao.
But what moved people most and what was captured by Wyspa TV cameras were the so-called micro-moments.
Moments that don’t need a script because they happen in the heart.
One of them was a hypnotic silence, when Meggie May, a psychologist and hypnotherapist, guided participants through a brief trance. There was no music, no effects, and yet, for a moment, everyone in the room seemed to forget the weight of everyday life.
Then came Artur Biernat, a well-known content creator. He hadn’t planned a big show. But his spontaneous Q&A session turned into a vibrant conversation that captivated every attendee.
People weren’t looking for step-by-step instructions; they were looking for the truth.
And they received it.
Questions poured in one after another, and Artur didn’t back down. He explained, advised, and shared everything he had tested himself.

Bartosz Kołodziejczak, who made the room fall completely silent for a few moments. He said a lot, but one phrase, in particular, stood out, delivered without a trace of drama, more potent than any statistics could be.
Something was cleansing, inspiring, and utterly honest in his words.
Finally, there was an almost ritual moment. The Madagascan cacao, served by Patrycja Zakrzewska, was not just a drink. It was a story about origin, spirit animals, and chakras linked to the bean. People tasted, talked, and asked questions. Suddenly, networking was no longer just business small talk; it became a gathering sparked by flavour, scent, and storytelling.
This was a day that stayed in the minds and hearts of the participants long after the event ended. Because sometimes, you don’t need a big stage.
All it takes is courage and the presence of people who say: "Start. You’re enough already."
Asked by Maria Anna Furman about plans, Grażyna Trybula shared the following schedule:
September 21: Return to Oldham with the next edition.
December is a festive gathering, "Fall in Love with Christmas", focused on easing holiday pressure and celebrating self-care in business.
When Wyspa TV packed up their equipment and attendees tucked business cards into their pockets, there was still a sense in the air that something had shifted.
Some left with a ready plan for their first livestream.
Others decide to ask a mentor for help, finally.
But all of them, without exception, left richer in the belief that falling in love with yourself is the best founding capital there is.
"Fall in Love with Your Business" - this is where your courage begins.
